Outstanding facility. The manager Brandon West goes above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy your stay. I recommend this space to you if you’re looking for a relaxing and accommodating experience.
There is a smell everywhere, like old lady rose scented hand lotion. The rooms are fine. Bathroom had a stand up corner shower. Coffee maker in room. No breakfast of any type offered. There's an attached restaurant but it doesn't open before 8 am. Also, walls are thin.
The rooms were good but the heat was way to hot. We couldn't get the thermostat to work. We were on the bottom floor and couldn't open the window. It is a nice place to stay. They just need to get the thermostats to work.
Friendly service at the front desk and polite staff throughout my two day stay at the Long House. Compliments to the hotel manager Brandon West who has improved the hotel immensely. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nicely convenient restaurant at the hotel with great food and prices. Best place to stay in Bethel. I would not venture anywhere else. Compliments to the team that is maintaining the golden standard for hospitality in Bethel. Keep up the great work.
This Hotel in my opinion is the nicest in Bethel. There are friendly employees ready to help you with anythong at anytime. Chris is my favorite employee there. He is such a gentlemen. Great place to stay if you're traveling through Bethel.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything was available in the room for convenience and comfort. The service addressed everything I needed. The rules insured that I had a quiet stay. The restaurant was down the hall and available for each meal. .
I stay at the Longhouse numerous times a year for work and every time I have been there, the staff has been extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with the typical appliances necessary for a stay of any length, including a big television! Each room also has a fan for those who get a little warm but don't dare to open the window... and they're pet friendly. Overall, I have always been very satisfied with my stays at Longhouse and would recommend them for travelers to Bethel.
